Return policy for customized items

Unfortunately, once a custom order has gone to print and shipped, the order cannot be returned for a refund due to the nature of the product. However, if the order has been printed and there is an error in your wording or customization, we will fix and reprint the order. Keeping this in mind, we strongly recommend the purchase of an electronic typesetter's proof to be able to review the order exactly as it will be printed before it goes to print.

Shipping

Free Standard Shipping: Orders $50 and over get Free Standard Shipping. Orders will leave our facility within 7-10 business days.

 

Flat Rate Shipping: Orders under $50 have $8.95 Flat Rate Shipping. Orders will leave our facility within 7-10 business days.

 

Expedited Shipping: (Overnight, 2-Day, 3-Day): Orders will leave our facility the next business day. There are no Saturday deliveries. This will incur additional charges.

 

International Shipping: While we do not ship internationally, we do ship to Armed Forces Americas, Armed Forces Europe, and Armed Forces Pacific.

 

Custom Product

LEAD TIME: Customized products leave our warehouse in approx. 7-10 business days, unless otherwise noted on the product detail page. Some of our custom products have longer lead times.

ART REVIEW: If this applies to your product, then it is extremely important that you review and approve custom monogram, text, artwork or imagery. Simply Yours by LISA will print your custom product EXACTLY as it is entered during checkout. It is the customer’s responsibility to review and approve the customization, as Simply Yours by LISA does not allow returns/refunds/credits on custom product. Custom product is final sale.

RETURN POLICY: All customized product is final sale — we are unable to accept returns on personalized products (this includes items with monograms, custom text, image uploads to name a few). If you receive a damaged custom product, then contact our customer support - info@simplyoursbylisa.com - within 15 days of receiving the order. For approved damaged product, you will receive an exact duplicate. No substitutions allowed.

DESIGN ALTERATIONS: If you're unhappy with your order because of a mistake on your part, such as a misspelled word or custom color selections, we'll help you fix it and share the cost of replacing it. Contact customer support - info@simplyoursbylisa.com - to learn more.

WEB COLORS: Due to color variations in monitor screens, web color representations of the printed custom product may vary. Custom products are final sale and Simply Yours by LISA does not accept responsibility for monitor screen color deviations.

Sales Tax

The amount of sales tax charged depends upon many factors, such as the type of item purchased and the destination of the order shipment.

If an item is subject to sales tax in a state or province to which it is shipped, tax is generally calculated on its total selling price. In accordance with state & provincial tax laws, the total selling price of an item generally includes item-level shipping & handling charges and discounts.

The tax rate applied to your order will generally be the combined state and local or provincial rate for the address where your order was shipped. Therefore, the sales tax rate applied to your order may be different for an order shipped to your home address than it may be for an order for the very same items shipped to a different address.
